Visas

GENERAL INFORMATION 
Zimbabwe's Visa regime is classified in 3 categories;

    Category A- Individuals from countries who do not require Visas to enter Zimbabwe.

    Category B- Individuals from countries who require Visa's upon port of entry in Zimbabwe.

    Category C- Individuals who require Visa's prior to travel into Zimbabwe.

We issue Visas after compliance with the following requirements:

  •  Single Entry Visa 
  •  Double and Multiple Entry Visas are applied for in person on arrival in Zimbabwe 

Visa fees (EUR 55 single entry visa fee or EUR 70 double entry visa fee (state why you need double entry). Visa fee can be paid in cash or transferred into the Embassy’s bank account.

Bank charges are to be covered by the applicant. 

REQUIREMENTS:

A: FOR ALL APPLICANTS:

  •  Visa application form completed (obtainable either from the Embassy or Download it here).
  • Two Passport size colour photographs.
  • Original and copy of the applicant’s valid Passport, (full bio data page).
  • Copy of Itinerary or Hotel Bookings
  • Copy of any previous Zimbabwean Visas.
  • Applicant’s Passport should be valid for at LEAST SIX months.

B: VISA FOR DIPLOMATIC PASSPORT HOLDERS

 A Note Verbal is required explaining purpose of travel and dates of the trip. It must contain the applicant’s name and passport number.


C: FOR ALL APPLICANTS IN CATEGORY C.

  • A letter of invitation or itinerary.
  • In the case of host being a citizen of Zimbabwe, a copy of a valid Passport or ID and proof of residence in the form of current telephone or water bill. In the case of those who are renting, provide lease agreement, affidavit from the owner of the property and their ID.
  • Non Citizen of Zimbabwe host should produce a valid Residence Permit, valid for at LEAST SIX months.
  • Letter of application addressed to the Principal Director of Immigration.
  • For company applications, the application letter should be on the company letterhead and company documents, ie, ZIA certificate, CR 14 form, Zimra returns or current telephone bill or water bill or bank statement.

  • Processing takes at least 14 working days.
